Cecil Flex Bradley lives in Tallahassee, FL and attends Capital City Christian Church.  The Church has two interpreters and several deaf and hard of hearing folks attending.  He works full-time as VR Administrator for the Florida Department of Education.  Flex is also a part-time instructor at two universities in GA and TN.  In the summer of 1979, Flex worked at Deaf Institute in Cincinnati, OH by helping Cecil Bennett with Deaf Ministry and Vacation Bible School activities.  From 1983 to 1987, he taught courses in Deaf Ministry at Cincinnati Christian University.  Flex preached twice at River Hills Christian Church (formerly Branch Hill Church of Christ) near Cincinnati, Ohio.  He gave workshop presentations at 2002, 2005, 2006, and 2008 NCCD and at 2005 Florida Christian Conference for the Deaf.  Flex also was President of 2008 NCCD at San Jose Church of Christ in Jacksonville, Florida.  He is a member of NCCD Board since 2006 and chairs its fund-raising committee.  He is married to Suzanne and has a daughter.
